Q: Why do some items say “pre-order”?
A: These products are being made as speak! We will gather your billing info now, but won’t charge you until your items are shipped. If we can get you your order any sooner, we definitely will!
Q: When will my pre-order actually ship?
A: As mentioned above, each pre-order product has an estimated date of shipment listed in the product description. We will keep you posted about any and all updates to your order. We can't wait for you to start enjoying your purchase(s).

Q: What makes PoojaMeraki fabrics stand out?
A: Each style is carefully paired with a specific type of fabric to provide the optimal mix of fashion and function. Most everything in the collection is made with stretch-based materials that are comfortable and versatile. They never feel too stiff or restricting, helping you move and groove throughout your busy days.
Q: What is the best way to care for my pieces?
A: Care instructions are specified per garment on each product page. For most pieces, you should:
1. Turn garment inside out.
2. Machine or hand wash in cold water with like colors. Gentle cycle please.
3. Lay flat to air dry or tumble dry on delicate cycle.
4. Low iron if needed.
Once again, please follow the specific care instructions on each piece.
Q: Is PoojaMeraki true to size?
A: Yes, please refer to our sizing chart here. But we recognize that no two bodies are alike. Thus, the fit may vary from one person to another. For example, The Midi Dress, which is meant to fall mid-calf, may be shorter than intended for someone who is long and lean. It will look amazing either way, because while we make the clothes, you actually bring them to life.
Pregnancy & Breast-feeding
Q: Can I wear PoojaMeraki pieces when I am pregnant?
A: Yes! That is the precise reason that many styles in the collection stretch. You should not have to invest in an entirely new wardrobe as you navigate through one of life’s greatest changes. Wear what you love before, during and after the pregnancy. Should you size up during the pregnancy? One size up may provide some extra wiggle room but it’s totally up to you.
Q: Is PoojaMeraki breast-feeding friendly?
A: Many of the pieces in the collection are, in fact, BFFs (breast-feeding friendly). These styles are denoted as BFF in the product description. Thoughtfully placed buttons and zippers, as well as flexible silhouettes in stretch-based fabrics all make taking care of business that much more accessible.
Q: What's the best way to style these clothes?
A: This collection is meant to serve as wardrobe staples - essentials that you will come to rely on because they literally match with everything. Sneakers. Boots. Heels. Flats. Sweaters. A statement necklace. Bold lipstick. You name it. But our most recommended accessory would have to be a smile.
Q: Can my baby wear these pieces all day?
A: You bet. While they can easily transition from playtime to nap-time, please note that these are not specifically designed to be sleepwear.
Q: May I cancel or change my order at any time?
A: Our main priority after receiving your order is to ship it to you asap. As such, once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be made. That said, we will always help where we can. Promptly shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your ask and we'll see what we can do.
Q: Would if I input the incorrect Shipping Address?
A: Drop everything and get in touch with us right away. We’ll try and make the update from our end before your package ships. Orders that come back to us due to an invalid address with be processed as a standard return.
Q: Can you send a gift on my behalf?
A: Yes, we would love to! Just mark your order as a gift, give us the required details, and even include a personalized note. Don’t worry, we’ll be sure to remove any mention of prices from the order. We hope your special someone loves their PoojaMeraki surprise.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Of course (and thank you for sharing the love)! They can be purchased here.
Q: How are gift cards delivered to the lucky recipient?
A: All gift cards are sent directly to the recipient via email. It’ll be the best email they receive all day.
Q: Can a gift card be returned or exchanged?

Q: Who will deliver my order?
A: We partner with the USPS for all orders.
Q: How long will it take my purchase(s) to arrive?
A: We usually ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. After that, your fate is in the hands of the USPS, meaning 3-7 days. You can easily track your order via the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email.
Q: What if my order does not arrive?
A: Once an order is shipped and the USPS picks it up from us for delivery to you, we cannot be held responsible for any stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, no. But we hope to do so very soon!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to l-o-v-e your purchases! You have a window of 45 days from the date of delivery to make your return – for free. On the off-chance that you want to return any merchandise, please click here (link will only work after order is shipped) and follow the instructions for a proper return. We currently only offer USPS return labels for addresses within the United States. International orders are not eligible for returns/refunds. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with the proper tags and labels, if order to qualify for a refund. Only unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered merchandise can be returned for a refund. Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: Like your merchandise but fell in love with something else a few days later? We get it! You have a window of 45 days from the date of delivery to make your exchange – for free! You will have to follow the return procedure (link will only work after order is shipped) and return your merchandise. Upon receipt of your item(s), we will issue you with a gift card, via email, for the equivalent value. We currently only offer USPS return labels for addresses within the United States. International orders are not eligible for returns/refunds. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with the proper tags and labels, if order to qualify for an exchange/refund. Only unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered merchandise can be exchanged/returned for a gift card value. Please note that we reserve the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
Q: What happens if I receive a damaged item?
A: We're on it. Please report receipt of damaged merchandise at email@example.com within 48 hours of arrival. We’ll get to the bottom of it, and we'll make it right.
